Can’t find the item you want in our catalogue? Try finding it in Illume, a catalogue that contains the over 4 million titles held by all BC libraries!

You can place a request to borrow regular and large print books, books in other languages, DVDs, CD audiobooks, and braille books, to name just a few.

Once you find the item you are looking for, simply click or tap the Request button and fill out the form. If it can be borrowed, it will be delivered right to Cranbrook.  Library staff will let you know when the item is ready for you to pick up.

If you are on the road and find yourself in need of a book, visit the local public library!

Through the provincial BC OneCard service, you can borrow material from any BC public library with your Cranbrook Public Library card for free, wherever you happen to be in BC.

The best part? You can return the items to any BC public library when you are done with them!

Check with the local library to get details about what you can borrow from them.
